Transfer files with the ProCare FTP Manager
The ProCare FTP Manager streamlines file management for multiple child care centers by allowing information to be sent online using a technology known as file transfer protocol (FTP). This quick and efficient transfer of information from one location to another is a must for managing multiple locations.
ProCare Door Controller
The ProCare Automatic Door Controller is connected to a check in computer station (running the ProCare Attendance Tracker) and an electric door strike that allows security access to an interior door. When a parent or employee enters a valid ID Code, a signal is sent to the door strike to allow entry. The Automatic Door Controller is available directly from ProCare while the door strike would be obtained and installed by a local security or door company.
Touch Screen Monitors
A touch screen monitor can be used in conjunction with Attendance Tracker. This allows parents and employees in your daycare center to easily clock in and out by touching the screen rather than using a keyboard or mouse. Touch monitors are available through a variety of vendors. ProCare recommends Refined Consulting Services for their personal touch and knowledge of ProCare. ProCare to QuickBooks Link
ProCare offers a full daycare accounting package including Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules. However, in cases where your accountant requires child care software compatible with QuickBooks™ use the ProCare to Quickbooks Link. The Quickbooks Link is designed to export child care center financial data from the ProCare Family Accounting and Payroll modules to QuickBooks. Imported data appears as a journal entry in QuickBooks.
